Pseuderanthemum

Family: Acantaceae.

Pseuderanthemum tuberculatum (Hook. f.) Radl. Pseuderanthemum atropurpureum Bailey (Eranthemum atropurpureum hort.)
Pseuderanthemum Genus of about 60 species of evergreen perennials, subshrubs and shrubs from woodland habitats in tropical regions worldwide. Pseuderanthemum is grown for its brightly-coloured foliage, but its purple-eyed white flowers in late spring and summer are very attractive. The upright stems bear oval leaves. This plant needs for high humidity - it belongs in a concervatory or plant window rather than in the living room. Pseuderanthemum

I bought a pseuderanthemum, but it doesn't look like anything you have here. As a matter of fact, I really can't find my plant at all.The call it "PURPLE PERFECTION", from Exotic Algel company. I found it at K-Mart. It's beautiful! But I have no "care" instructions for it and I don't know where else to look. Any suggestions?

The plant is mislabeled. I believe you purchased Gynura aurantiaca or Purple Velvet plant. I purchased the same plant at a local nursery and its mislabeled as well with the same tag.
